Examples of our Work

Detailed below are a few examples of the work we have previously accomplished. All of these examples have the customers permission to show them here. We appreciate commercial sensitivity and will never breach a customers trust.

Machine Patterning Software

This project was undertaken in association with our process engineering division. After successfully renewing the electronic control and patterning system for our clients aging textile machinery, they required a new design system to enable their design department to use our new control systems. The resulting software processed designs and generated patterning information which could be used by their machinery.

Production Optimization Software

Our client suffered from an inefficient translation from production requirements to production planning. This was mainly due to a particularly complex set of rules governing the use of the production equipment. The production planning took many man-hours and was often incorrect or inefficient. Our software engineers carefully examined the various factors surrounding this problem and developed a software solution which could deliver optimal production plans in a matter of minutes.
