	Examples of our Work Detailed below are a few examples of the work we have previously accomplished. All of these examples have the customers permission to show them here. We appreciate commercial sensitivity and will never breach a customers trust.
Yarn Feed Control Our client, a manufacturer of implantable medical devices, required improved control over their textile machinery. A servo motor system was designed and built to provide digitally precise, sequence programmable yarn feed systems. The significantly improved precision and versatility has provided a measurable boost in yield and quality. A similar system with two servo motors has now been installed on a second machine.
	Alignment Marker System Our customer, a manufacturer of exotic lace table wear and panels, required a regular and consistent mark placed on both edges of their products during the first stage of manufacture. These marks ensure correct alignment is maintained during subsequent processing stages. While this system is very simple, consisting of little more than an electronic counter and a pneumatic actuator, it has successfully improved profitability by reducing wastage from errors in the later processing stages.
